How we work through it.
The first conversation is a free 15-minute call to make sure AAT is appropriate for your situation.
From there, an in-person assessment maps which items to address. Sessions are short, gentle, and non-invasive. No needles, no medication, and no supplements required.
Many patients notice changes as each item is addressed. Results vary.
Advanced Allergy Therapeutics does not assess for or treat anaphylactic or life-threatening allergies. It does not replace an epinephrine auto-injector or any medication prescribed by your medical provider.

Before you book.
- Insurance? Foundations is private pay. HSA and FSA are accepted, and superbills are available on request. See pricing.
- What is the first visit? 90 minutes, in person at Knewtson Health Group in Excelsior. Any testing comes after that visit, with the cost reviewed first.
- Coming from farther away? Only the first visit has to be in person. Follow-ups can be in person or virtual, whichever works for you.
