Gut health

Gut symptoms, investigated.

Bloating, IBS, SIBO, and food sensitivities are common but often poorly understood. We test, identify contributors, and rebuild gut function step by step.

Gut symptoms rarely live in isolation

Gut symptoms touch energy, mood, hormones, skin, and inflammation. Cleaning up gut function often clears symptoms that seemed unrelated. We map it carefully.

Our Approach to Gut Health.

Every plan starts with a 90-minute first visit to map your history, symptoms, and goals. From there we choose the testing that will actually shape your plan.

What treatment looks like

The protocol depends on what we find. It often includes specific dietary changes, targeted supplement approaches and lifestyle adjustments around sleep, stress, and hydration. Follow-up testing is used to confirm we're moving in the right direction.

How long it takes

Many patients notice changes within 4 to 8 weeks. Deeper shifts take 3 to 6 months of consistent care.

Worth knowing

When conventional medical management is needed, Dr. Abbie collaborates with partnering providers. Our care complements your medical team, it doesn't replace it.

Weed → Feed → Seed.

Our microbiome support often follows a "weed, feed, seed" approach. We address microbes that may be contributing to symptoms, nourish beneficial bacteria, and use targeted probiotics to support a healthier, more resilient gut over time.

Testing that uncovers what's driving your symptoms.

Comprehensive stool analysis is the foundational tool for evaluating gut health. When appropriate, we also use SIBO testing, micronutrient panels, and inflammatory markers to build a more complete picture.

Testing is ordered only after your 90-minute first visit, and only when it will change your plan.
