We don't bill insurance. That's what lets us offer 90-minute first visits and unhurried follow-ups instead of a volume model.
Visit fees are flat. Testing is à la carte, with each lab cost quoted before ordering. Supplements, when recommended, cost extra and we keep them targeted.

What is not included
