How to prepare.
You'll get an intake form ahead of time. The more thorough it is, the more we can dig into.
- Complete the intake form sent to you after booking
- Bring or upload recent lab results, even if they were called "normal"
- List current supplements and medications, with doses
- Note your top three priorities for the visit
- Plan to give the visit your full attention (it's 90 minutes)
What to bring
- Photo ID and payment method (credit, debit, HSA, or FSA)
- Lab results from the last 1-2 years, if available
- List of current medications and supplements
- A notebook if you like to take notes (we'll also send a written summary)
What you'll leave with
- A clear picture of what we discussed
- Recommended testing (if applicable), with cost quoted up front
- An initial plan or next-step framework
- A follow-up scheduled to review results
How care unfolds.
Most patients return for a results review 2-4 weeks later. After that, follow-ups run every 4-8 weeks for the first few months, then settle into a quarterly or semi-annual rhythm.
