Every plan starts with a 90-minute first visit to map your history, symptoms, and goals. From there we choose the testing that will actually shape your plan.
What treatment looks like
Whatever the testing points to: targeted nutrition, specific supplements, lifestyle changes you can actually keep, and repeat testing to confirm it worked. How long it takes
Your first visit runs 90 minutes, which is long enough to get the whole history rather than the last six weeks of it. Many patients notice changes within 4 to 8 weeks, with deeper shifts over 3 to 6 months.
When conventional medical management is needed, Dr. Abbie collaborates with partnering providers. Our care complements your medical team, it doesn't replace it.

- Coming from farther away? Only the first visit has to be in person. Follow-ups can be in person or virtual, whichever works for you.
